How to describe something that you fell in love? All the words suddenly seem weak and not strong enough. I want to mention everything at the same time. I almost want to shout about my love but at the same time I feel stuck because I don't know where to start.

Mmmmm...... I have an idea!

A long long time ago I met Aileen or Jiae on a very first day at my work. I remember very well I was going downhill and thought how I will meet lots of new coworkers and it almost felt like I'm going back to university. My thoughts were stopped by a soft voice saying 'Hi' :) She ran over the street to ask if I'm going to the same place as she is. Luckily I was and since then we had lots of great time working together :) When she had to leave Canada I cried. I was not ready to break our young relationship. The same year she came back secretly and made a surprise for me. So this year I finally made a revenge!! mm~~ A sweet feeling of making the same surprise to her stayed with me since her visit.

I have to say Thank you to Mika, Aileen's husband, who helped a lot to plan this secret visit. Together they are an amazing couple who inspires and shares love with their family and friends :) No doubt they have to fight stereotypes everyday by having different cultural backgrounds but the world needs more couples like these two! Look at them!!

How many photos do you need after your trip is done? It's a hard question to answer because with digital cameras it's so much easier to press a shutter button and don't care about the actual count. But film is different. I love to see film photos after the fact. It seems that they captured the spirit of the moment, it also feels more romantic and more special. Maybe it's just me, but take a look at these photos taken by Youn.

Finally I reached an epic day on our LA trip :)

Riding a convertible on a sunny day in California sounds like a dream or more like a scene from a movie. Thanks to MLK long weekend car rent agency ran out of 'normal' cars so they offered this mustang for super cheap :) But before we left I played with Boise and Morris.

In past few months I had a chance to meet Youn's friends who own at least two dogs and I never in my life realized how awesome it is! I always had at least one dog while growing up, but two dogs!! They get a long very well and it's so interesting to see how they play together :) Had lots of fun before we left for our trip to a desert.

Have you ever played a playlist on Spotify called - Songs to sing in a car?? YESYESYESSSS!!! We did and sang out loud :) The craziest part being in convertible if you turn around you can see back and you can take lots of pictures with nothing in a frame.

This is how winter looks in a desert. Pretty cool, uh? :) Warm but the moment sun was down you could feel how the cold is taking over and you start to shake. Knowing that you are in a desert doesn't help.

People we met were busy with lots of different activities. Starting just with camping, hiking or rock climbing and later in the night we saw people like us taking night photos :)

I want to finish this post with photos we took together. The night shoot is for people who had lots of patience. To test, to fail and everything is for that one magic shot. Sacrifices made pays you back :)
